Team Lead

Communication: Excellent and good in excel

Week Offs: Rotational Week off

Working Window US Shift. (5 Days Working)

Positions open: QA( Email and Chat) or (Voice)- 4 , QA( TL)-2.

Purpose & Description:  
Quality assurance standards, procedures of recording and reporting quality data, review the 
implementation and efficiency of quality plan, document internal audits and other quality assurance 
activities, Recommend and monitor corrective actions, prepare reports to communicate outcomes of 
quality activities. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards. 
Evaluate audit, assure ongoing compliance with quality and requirements / SLA’s. 

BPO Trainer:

Languages Known: Excellent in Kannada and English

Experience: 3 years to 4 years (2 Years Exp into Bpo Trainer)

Qualification: Any Degree
