Job Description

Pick-up and deliver food packages from a variety of restaurants to different customer addresses through navigation.
Check for items and keep the quality of food intact. Zero spillage to be ensured.
Strictly follow route and time schedule (minimum possible time)
Weekend working needs to be done to earn maximum incentives and increase salary.
Follow company's grooming and discipline standards.
Represent the company to the customer with responsibility, politeness, and integrity.

MG Eligibility / Conditions –

Earnings-

FT Delivery Partner can earn up to 22K per month + Weekly Incentive + Monthly Incentive.

Shift attendance & Weekly earning (regardless of FT/PT) >= 6 shifts (Sat-Sun compulsory)
Weekly Payout will be processed on every Friday, but first Payout will release on second week from the
date of first Login. Week starts from Monday and ends on Sunday.
Payout of joining week will get credited on next week’s Friday.

Incentives –

Saturday & Sunday are mandatory to work to get eligible for Weekly & Monthly incentives.
Minimum 23 - 26 shifts needs to complete in a month for Monthly Incentive.
